Zhang Liyin (born February 28, 1989) is a Chinese singer and songwriter. She has released singles in both China and South Korea, singing in both languages. Zhang became the first Chinese female to debut in South Korea with the release of her single "Timeless" in 2006, which later reached number one on music charts. She is also the first foreign artist to win Best Newcomer award at the Mnet Asian Music Awards.

LEAD: The Enserch Corporation, based in Dallas, said it was delaying its previously announced shareholder-rights offering of its Pool Energy Service Company subsidiary to allow for talks with a potential buyer. The price of the offering was to have been set today. Under the tentative arrangements being discussed, Enserch said, the company would eliminate several contingent financial commitments required under the proposed public offering.
