LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct. 10. -- The entire breeding establishment of Major Barack G. Thomas will be closed out at auction here during the December sales, and he will retire permanently from the ranks of breeders. This action on the part of Major Thomas is due to continued ill health. His farm will not be sold, but will ultimately be leased to another breeder.
