Martin Umansky, vp and gen mgr of KAKE TV and radio stations in Wichita, Kan, has founded wkly newspaper, Wichita Sun, specializing in coverage of local issues and events; newspaper, which published its 1st issue Oct 9, is operated by wholly owned subidiary of KAKE; many obeservers believe this to be 1st instance in any large or medium-sized city of newspaper created by broadcast interests; Umansky says newspaper is able to provide depth of news coverage that is lacking on TV and radio; says $need always existed for 2d newspaper in any city where there is publishing monopoly; city already has 2 papers, Wichita Eagle and Wichita Beacon, owned by Ridder Publications
